The Campus

[It was one of those nights. The kind of night where Miguel's most painful memory lays alongside him in bed, quietly strangling tears from his eyes. Sometimes it seemed like no matter what bed he tried to escape to, the memory always knew where to find him; seeping into his mind just to constrict and choke the happiness out of his brain. ...He's been far too sober for far too long.]

[Hefting himself up from bed, Miguel decides to go on yet another search for anything capable of numbing his senses. Booze is preferred- but anything capable of dulling him down and blurring his thoughts would have to do tonight. He just needs something to fix this damned forced sobriety that has plagued him for nearly a month now.]

[...And luckily, it isn't long before he finds it! Completely by chance, the Spaniard happened to wander into an open door which mysteriously didn't lead to yet another classroom- but instead a large open bar and lounge. To Miguel it might as well have been heaven. He has already enjoyed quite the plethora of drinks available by the time others began showing up, and so he's pleasantly drunk himself at the moment, and in a much better mood than he had been in previously.]

[Where did he get that guitar from? Well, don't worry about that. But as of right now he's sitting upon the bar table itself; playing the guitar impressively well- especially when considering the fact that he is drunk and his wrist is still healing from a fight he got into about a week ago.]
